In 2013, Anna Brown, was turned out of two emergency rooms.  She was arrested and died in jail of a massive pulmonary embolism. No attorney would sue the hospitals on behalf of her family, as she was homeless, and therefore, "her life wasn't worth very much" (in terms of financial reimbursement).  Across the country nurses, physicians and average citizens are organizing to demand one high quality standard of health care for everyone.
